COMMIT 2 {LEARN}

Terms of Service

The short version: use your account and the PDFs for your own learning, and don't share or resell them.

Last updated October 18, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Commit2Learn you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we offer

Commit2Learn sells programming courses as downloadable PDF modules, alone or in packages. At the moment you can create an account and join waitlists. Joining a waitlist doesn't guarantee that a product will be available, or at a particular price. We may change, add or remove courses, packages and prices at any time.

Your account

  • Give us accurate details and confirm your email address with the code we send.
  • Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Accounts are for one person. Don't share your login.

Using the PDFs

When you buy a product we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and use it for your own learning. You may not:

  • copy, share, post, sell, lend or otherwise distribute the PDFs, in whole or in part;
  • remove any notice that identifies Commit2Learn as the source;
  • use bots or scrapers on the site, or try to get around its security or usage limits.

The courses, PDFs, text, design and logos belong to Commit2Learn. Buying a product doesn't transfer any ownership of them.

Purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars. All sales are final, as set out in our Refund Policy. Ultimate Lifetime Access includes the courses available today and the courses we publish later, for a single payment, for as long as Commit2Learn operates the service.

No guarantees

Our courses are educational material, provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but we don't promise they are error-free, or that they will lead to any particular result such as a job or a qualification. We also don't promise the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Commit2Learn isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the PDFs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using Commit2Learn at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing PDFs or abusing the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email support@commit2learn.com.
